Taranaki World Cup Final Showjumping Champs

Another good weekend away for Bayly with Ellie & Tommy & Korah with Bella & Potter. Sally still in a bit of a slump but both Gem & Jasper had good moments. 

Tommy jumped 1.05 & a 1.10. Just had one rail on the Friday and then 2 rails in both classes after that.

Ellie picked up a 2nd on Saturday in the 1m class

Bella had 4 double clear rounds in 70-80cm with a 4th in the 80cm on Sunday.

Potter was a super star doing 5 double clear rounds & 4 faults in the jump off on Sunday. He picked up two 2nds & Korah & Potter won the series rug for the 80-95cm classes.

 While we were all at Levin, Fern and Sunny went to the Wallingford Sports. They picked up lots of ribbons in the kindy ring. 

Levin AI&P Show

Bayly and Korah both had a good show at Levin. We had Tommy, Ellie, Potter, Bella, Gem and Jasper on board. Sally continues to struggle with her riding at the moment.  

Ellie had 4 faults in the 1m class and then 2nd in the 1.05 A2

Tommy was 4th in the 1m A2 and then jumped well in both his 1.10 classes for a couple of rails.

 

Bella was double clear in the 70cm and the 80cm (Bella only had classes on Friday).

Potter was double clear in the 80cm & 90cm on Friday, had one rail in 90cm on the Saturday & had to circle a jump in the 95cm on the Sunday to get back control. He jumped well & every outing this combination improve.

Jasper should have won the 1.15 on Saturday, however Sally missed the finish flags and ended up 3rd. They had one stop in the 1.20 on Saturday. Jasper stopped in the grand prix on Sunday and Sally fell off.  

Gem had 4 faults in the 90cm on Friday and continue the weekend with a couple of rails.
